Lead and oversee multiple projects / brands simultaneously, ensuring optimum delivery and strong integration across the organization.Develop and pilot projection plans (short-term and long-term) with key business / brand partners to lead and execute strategic initiatives.Manage and meet revenue and budgeting targets for all key accounts.Drive innovative digital advertising and other monetization efforts to enhance advertising revenue.Enhance client-agency relationships, effectively engage with clients, and understand their digital media needs.Lead the programming, management, measurement, monitoring, and reporting of campaign performance, recommending optimal strategies for enhanced and sustainable growth results.Drive brainstorming sessions for generating new and innovative growth strategies.Develop a deep understanding of the target audience to build customer personas and identify how different cohorts contribute to revenue.Spearheaded the content calendar targeting different customer personas, including onsite visual merchandising, social media editorial content, community management, and other online engagements.Drive effective content marketing strategies to aid brand development, private labels, and new launches.Oversee digital asset creation and management (videos, websites, mobile apps, etc.) as deemed necessary.Oversee the creative process for digital media-specific design assets, intervening in the Creative Team efforts as required to ensure marketing standard methodologies are met.Monitor and ensure delivery of optimum quality within designated timelines by collaborating closely with internal / external teams.Proactively identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and insights, providing thought leadership.Provide tactical assistance in online / offline publishing, PR activities, and case studies frequently.Ensure adherence to accounting diligence through supervising / overseeing estimates, POs, invoicing, and final payment release for owned accounts.Be actively available for the client on weekdays and weekends.Provide project progress reporting to the respective reporting person.Maintain Odoo tasks and proper project management.Take project progress reporting from the team.Call clients for work delivery checks weekly.REQUIREMENTS :
- In-depth understanding of the advertising industry, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with the creative process and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams. Understanding of branding, design, and storytelling.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and present them effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and online advertising.
- Ability to adapt to changes in client needs, industry trends, and campaign requirements.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- For more senior roles, a strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns and client relationships.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing or client servicing.
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of client servicing professionals, with experience in managing and mentoring team members.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for advertising campaigns, understanding how advertising fits into the overall marketing strategy.
