Detailed knowledge of AP / Procurement / T&E, helpdesk and Vendor Master and expertise in Japanese Language.
The person will be required to read documents in Japanese Language, speak if required with local finance as well
Strong reconciliation preparation and resolution skills
Review / QC tasks performed by associates
Responsible to manage exceptions, disputes and queries
Track aged items & perform follow-ups with business, internal stakeholders & suppliers
Ensure compliance with procurement policies
Strong Experience in Oracle, ARIBA
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Experience in managing difficult and different exceptions within process
Hands on experience in Issue resolution and escalation management
Ability to train and provide feedback to peers as SME
Should be able to work under strict deadlines to manage client expectation
