Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecollection Executive based in Bengaluru. The Telecollection Executive will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls to collect overdue payments from customers. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating payment plans, recording customer information, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling collection calls and negotiating payment plans
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software
• Experience in the banking, finance, or BPO sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
