Job description

Role : Area Sales Manager.

  • Company : Specialists in Jointing Sheets for Gasketing and Sealing Materials.
  • Locations : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Vizag / Ahmedabad.
  • Work Mode : 6 Days WFO.
  • Experience : 3+ Years.

Key Develop and manage sales for gaskets, sealing materials, and related products.

  • Identify and acquire new clients in process industries and OEMs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Generate leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys business growth.

    • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate / master's in Mechanical / Production / Chemical or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar product sales (preferably gaskets, seals, valves, pumps).
  • Strong network in process industries and OEMs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
