Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in our team, responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and Scrum Master skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum mastery, or a related field
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus
Business Analysis :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solutionsAnalyze data and processes to inform business decisionsDevelop and maintain business cases, user stories, and requirements documentationIdentify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plansScrum Master :
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesCoach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and valuesRemove impediments and obstacles to ensure team progressFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparencyTechnical Skills :
Experience with project management tools, such as Azure DevopsBasic understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BISoft Skills :
