Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8- 12 years of experience to lead the translation of business and user needs into structured, actionable, and technically sound functional requirements for our next-generation healthcare platform.

This role will play a pivotal part in aligning Product, Design, and Technology teams and ensuring a shared understanding of platform vision, workflows, and implementation paths.

The ideal candidate will possess deep platform thinking, outstanding documentation skills, and the ability to communicate seamlessly across business, product, and engineering teams.

You will drive clarity across the full development lifecycle and ensure that both internal stakeholders and external clients (B2C & B2B) have access to high-quality product documentation.

This is a strategic and hands-on role within a growing technology organization that is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform serving individual consumers and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Bridge Between Product, Design & Technology :

• Serve as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams translating business requirements and user journeys into detailed, testable functional specs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to ensure delivery fidelity.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives; ensure user stories are accurately captured and ready for development.

Deep Platform Understanding (SaaS | B2C + B2B) :

World-Class Documentation Ownership :

1. Internal (engineering-facing) : BRDs, FRDs, userstories, workflow diagrams, wireframe annotations, API specs.

2. External (client-facing) : User guides, onboarding journeys, SOPs, configuration manuals, implementation playbooks.
