Senior Business Analyst - Homologation

Description :

We are actively seeking a qualified Senior Business Analyst to serve as the Technical Lead in supporting Regulation & Homologation business functions. This individual will be an integral member of the Regulation & Homologation Team. Seeking a professional to oversee medium-to-large scale projects, ensure compliance and convergence across various regions, and manage technology migration processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT.

5+ years of experience in technical / solution development or operational IT role.

Basic understanding of regulations, compliance, and processes related to the automotive industry, including vehicle approval (homologation).

Proficiency in data analysis and techniques.

Experience in process modeling and documentation.

Experience with SaaS solutions; Supplier Management.

Experience interacting with other process / technical specialists, cross-functional teams, and business experts.

Ability to communicate requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical resources.

Strong team player with fluency in English; problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues / problems across global regions.

Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change is a plus.

Proficiency in the English language at a professional level is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities involve collaborating with Team Leads and global stakeholders to enhance processes and operations, ensuring quality, cost-effective, and secure technology solutions.

This role covers full project governance : modeling processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, estimating costs, and coordinating teams and suppliers.
