Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview :

This is a management-level Business Analyst role, requiring both domain expertise and leadership skills.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading requirement workshops, managing client expectations, guiding technical teams, and ensuring alignment of deliverables to business objectives.

Strong technical and analytical capabilities, combined with people and project management skills, are critical to success in this Planning and Leadership :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, steering committees, and workshops to drive clarity and consensus.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable technical requirements, roadmaps, and functional and Delivery Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide cross-functional teams on best practices in documentation, requirement analysis, and solution design.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and post-implementation review.
