About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in media ad sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ad sales revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Develop customized media solutions aligned with client objectives and campaign requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and final closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in media ad sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong network and market understanding in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Education
