4PM News Network is one of India’s fastest-growing digital news platforms, reaching millions of viewers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels. We are now expanding our revenue vertical and looking for a highly driven Ad Sales Manager (Digital Media) to lead brand partnerships, campaign strategy, and monetization for our digital properties.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Partnerships & Revenue
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with brands, agencies, and media buyers.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across categories like FMCG, fintech, gaming, lifestyle, and political consultancies.
- Develop monetization strategies for YouTube, Instagram, Shorts / Reels, web, and emerging digital platforms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — prospecting, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Create custom brand solutions, ad packages, and integrated marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the content team to develop branded content concepts, in-video integrations, and social media deliverables.Monitor campaign performance and deliver analytics-based reports to clients.Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.3. Content & Motion Graphics Coordination
Brief the motion graphics and video editing team to create brand-ready deliverables.Review motion graphics for brand campaigns, making sure output matches brand guidelines.Suggest creative enhancements, visual storytelling formats, and high-quality digital ad-friendly edits.4. Strategy & Collaboration
Study market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.Coordinate with editorial, creative, and technical teams for high-impact branded properties.Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales documentation.Skills & Requirements Must-Have
4–7 years of experience in digital ad sales , brand partnerships, or media sales.Strong network with brands and advertising agencies.Deep understanding of digital platforms (YouTube Ads, Instagram, brand integrations, influencer marketing).Excellent negotiation, pitching, and communication skills.Ability to create sales decks, proposals, and brand strategy documents.Plus / Preferred
Understanding of motion graphics workflows (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro basics)—to coordinate with the creative team.Previous experience working with a digital-first newsroom, YouTube channel, or creator-driven media network.Ability to think creatively and package content into engaging brand formats.What We Offer
