Job Title : Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist)

Location : New Delhi (On-site, Full-time)

Reporting To : Marketing Head / Founders

We are looking for a Performance-Driven Media Buyer who can scale large Meta ad accounts with data-backed precision — not someone who wants to experiment at our cost.

If you cannot confidently handle ₹1.5 to ₹2 lakh daily ad spend with CPL stability and consistent ROAS , please do not apply .

Your success will be measured by hard numbers — not effort, but outcomes :

  • CPL Stability : Maintain target CPL even during scaling.
  • ROAS Growth : Deliver measurable and profitable return on ad spend.
  • Lead Quality : Generate high-intent, conversion-ready leads.
  • Scaling Efficiency : Scale budgets aggressively while maintaining profitability.

This is a role for someone who understands Meta scaling psychology , campaign architecture , and funnel optimization — not a trial-and-error executor.

💼 About the Role

We are seeking a Meta Ads Scaling Expert who can strategize, manage, and scale our Meta ad accounts to drive leads for IPC’s online programs, webinars, and masterclasses.

You will be responsible for owning the ad accounts — designing high-performing campaign structures, optimizing for stable CPL, and ensuring strong ROAS even as spends increase.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute advanced Meta ad campaign structures (CBO, ABO, Retargeting, Lookalikes, Advantage+).
  • Launch and scale lead generation funnels across multiple campaigns and audiences.
  • Conduct continuous A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • 2. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data to maintain CPL stability across scale.
  • Identify bottlenecks in funnel performance and resolve them proactively.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS , and conversion rates.
  • Share weekly growth reports with insights, learnings, and next-step strategies.
  • 3. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative, funnel, and copywriting teams to align ad content with landing page experiences.
  • Collaborate with founders and senior marketers to evolve ad strategies based on business goals.
  • 4. Growth Experiments

  • Launch innovative campaign formats to discover new high-performing audience pockets.
  • Explore complementary ad channels (Google, YouTube) once Meta scaling is stable.
  • Stay ahead of Meta algorithm updates, leveraging automation and AI tools for smarter optimizations.

  • Positive and growing ROAS across all campaigns.
  • Predictable lead volume and quality for every campaign.
  • Weekly reporting with actionable insights and next-step scaling strategies.
  • 🧠 Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ad accounts with ₹50 lakh+ monthly budgets .
  • Proven record of maintaining CPL and achieving ROAS while scaling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and optimization expertise.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels , ad testing frameworks , and buyer psychology .
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel & Conversion API setup, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ownership-driven attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
