About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist to manage and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. The role will focus on driving process automation, data accuracy, and seamless user experience across HR platforms - including HRMS (preferably Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise systems).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and administer the HRMS platform (preferably Oracle Fusion) including configuration, data integrity, and user access.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to identify system improvement opportunities and implement new modules or functionalities.
- Ensure smooth integration of HRMS with other systems such as payroll, attendance, and performance management tools.
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards and reports to support business and leadership decisions.
- Lead UAT, documentation, and training for HR teams and end-users during new rollouts or enhancements.
- Maintain data privacy, compliance, and system security in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR systems issues, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
Required Skills & Experience :
3-7 years of experience in managing or supporting HRMS platforms (Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.).Strong understanding of core HR processes - employee life cycle, payroll, time & attendance, and performance management.Proficiency in HR analytics, data validation, and report creation (Excel, Power BI preferred).Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement(ref : iimjobs.com)
