Position Overview : -

We are seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to drive partnerships with global pharma and biotech organizations. The role will focus on two critical areas :

Commercial Partnerships – Collaborating with pharma and biotech commercial / medical teams to expand oncology drug usage through precision diagnostics and companion testing.

Research Collaborations – Partnering with R&D and translational research teams to accelerate biomarker discovery, clinical trial planning, and real-world evidence generation.

Key Responsibilities : -

Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities with pharma, biotech, and CROs.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial, medical affairs, and scientific / R&D stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal scientific, clinical, and product teams to design tailored partnership proposals.

Represent 4baseCare at oncology industry events and global networking forums.

Track oncology and diagnostics trends to proactively identify new opportunities.

Candidate Profile

5–8 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or diagnostics (oncology preferred).

Strong networking capabilities with exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to effectively engage with both business leaders and scientific experts.

Energetic, self-driven, and motivated by patient impact.
