Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and guests.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.1-4 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures.Professional appearance and demeanor.Skills Required
