- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for visitors.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.1-4 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and any regional language is a plus.Professional appearance and demeanor.Skills Required
