Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our solar products division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, converting qualified leads into sales, and contributing to the company’s growth. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to build a career in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs, introduce relevant solar solutions, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely follow-ups, quotations, and proposal support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : MBA, BBA, B.Tech, or related discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle customer queries confidently.Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy products (preferred but not mandatory).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.What We Offer
