Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Process reservations and cancellations using the hotel management system.
- Assist in managing guest complaints and feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards guests.Skills Required
