Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Sales Officer, you will manage Field Sales Incharges (FSIs), ensure achievement of sales targets, and strengthen retailer and distributor relationships. You will focus on outlet expansion, route planning, visibility execution, and efficient training to build long-term growth for Cookd in your region.
Key Responsibilities :
Train and mentor FSIs to enhance outlet conversion and productivity.
Build and maintain strong retailer relationships; ensure orders are supplied within 48 hours aligned with distributor coverage.
Oversee fortnightly outlet coverage and weekly monitoring of FSIs in priority stores.
Ensure 90%+ POS activations in priority stores with strong merchandising compliance.
Drive 100% achievement of monthly sales targets (P2 & P3).
Approve new outlets within 24 hours; ensure >
95% outlets mapped.
Achieve route planning deviation
Track closing stock at SS / DB (10th & 25th monthly).
Monitor FSI productivity and weekly reporting compliance.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business or related field.
3–5 years of FMCG / Retail sales experience.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in route planning, sales forecasting, and distributor management.
Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and drive compliance.

Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in any field. 1–3 years of FMCG / retail field sales experience preferred. Strong knowledge of local markets and retail dynamics. Ability to work with route plans and sales tracking apps. Good communication and relationship-building skills.
