This role is for a Sales Officer specializing in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) at a leading Housing Finance Company. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the channel network, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Segmentation & Client Acquisition : Segment the local market to identify and acquire potential direct clients. Generate business by offering customized loan structures that meet client needs while ensuring profitable margins.
- Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement : Build and maintain strong relationships with the DSA / DST / Connector network to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with prospective clients to source new business.
- Loan Sanctioning & Channel Expansion : Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure faster Turnaround Times (TATs) , thereby expanding the channel presence and customer base.
- Sales Operations & Performance Tracking : Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Actively participate in business initiatives and contests to boost overall sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sales , preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP) .Ability to identify and execute sales growth opportunities.Strong skills in client acquisition and relationship building .Knowledge of market segmentation and sales operations .A Graduate Degree is required.Skills Required
