Job Description – Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Role : Territory Sales Officer – B2B

Location : Tamil Nadu (Chennai / Coimbatore / Madurai belt)

Reports To : Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Onboard new B2B outlets (hotels, QSRs, bakeries, processors, catering services).
  • Conduct daily market visits (15–20 productive calls).
  • Execute sampling & product demonstrations with institutional kitchens.
  • Ensure distributor sales growth through regular order booking.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report insights.
  • Ensure timely collections & payment follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Graduate, preferably with 1–3 years’ FMCG / B2B food sales experience.
  • Strong field sales execution skills (on-ground coverage, lead generation, distributor push).
  • Fluency in English + Regional Language :
  • Tamil Nadu : Tamil (mandatory)
  • Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
