Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Officer located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer service, generating leads, handling sales operations, and executing channel sales strategies. The role involves daily interaction with clients, processing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Experience in Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in industrial instrumentation sales is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
