Role :
- The role blends data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI / Tableau and SQL.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
Skills :
Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI / TableauAbility to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leadersQualifications :
