Role :

• The role blends data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.
• Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI / Tableau and SQL.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
