Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Identify potential candidates using multiple sources such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Attend job fairs, visit college campuses, and conduct on-site interviews to source candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and monitor hiring progress
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on recruitment status and progress
