Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced APAC Recruiter with strong expertise in Singapore&aposs talent market and exposure to recruitment across the wider APAC region (India, Malaysia, Australia, etc.) . The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent strategy, and stakeholder management, ensuring the delivery of top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Singapore and other APAC locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
  • Build and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for high-demand roles (e.g., technology, banking, and corporate functions).
  • Manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs across APAC.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and recruitment partners as needed.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure hiring processes comply with local labor laws and employment regulations (with special emphasis on Singapore&aposs MOM guidelines).
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives across the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of proven recruitment experience, with at least 3-5 years in the Singapore market.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore&aposs recruitment landscape, MOM regulations, and talent trends.
  • Exposure to regional / APAC hiring, ideally in India, Malaysia, or Australia.
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean / X-ray searches, and niche platforms.
  • Experience in technology and banking / financial services hiring is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures
