Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles across industries. Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, visa classifications, and employment laws is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and attract top talent using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates experience, skills, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with US labor laws.

Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Stay updated on US recruitment trends, hiring regulations, and visa / work authorization processes (H-1B, TN, GC, etc.).

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1-5 years of experience in US recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment for the US market.

Familiarity with various work visas (H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience using ATS and job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
