Position Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant (Junior) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about matching the right talent with the right opportunities. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will support the recruitment process by building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Assist in understanding clients' hiring needs and build strong, professional relationships with them.
  • Talent Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening : Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Job Matching : Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Offer Negotiation : Support in preparing and presenting job offers to candidates, addressing any queries, and ensuring smooth acceptance.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to guide clients and candidates effectively.
  • Database Management : Maintain and update candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with senior consultants and the recruitment team to meet client expectations and hiring goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools or CRM systems.
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
