- Assist in understanding manpower requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Candidate Engagement
Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Follow up with shortlisted candidates and keep them engaged until onboarding.Assist in offer roll-out and Documentations processRecruitment Operations
Update and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and timelines.Coordinate with external recruitment partners when required.Skills Required :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).Good coordination and follow-up abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Regards
