As we scale, were looking for an AVP Sales to drive strategic growth and help us deepen our market presence across the wealth management ecosystem.

Role Description

• As AVP Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-impact sales strategies to expand our client base among wealth management firms, financial advisors, and large distributors.
• Youll work closely with the leadership team to identify key market opportunities, shape our go-to-market approach, and build long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
• This role demands a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, especially in the financial services domain, and a proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• You will manage and mentor a growing sales team, drive performance through data-backed decision-making, and ensure customer success by closely partnering with product and support teams.
• Ideal candidates have 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a product-based or fintech company, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-performance Sales strategy development and implementation.
• Client relationship management.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor's / master's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Professional certification in Sales or related field is a plus.
