Job descriptionLead and contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define product roadmaps. Drive quality assurance initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring robust testing processes and adherence to industry standards. Serve as a subject matter expert on international payment schemes, including NPSS (UAE), NETS (Singapore), and cross-border payment frameworks. Provide guidance and support on SWIFT, Payment Hub, and other related technologies, leveraging expertise to optimize payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals. Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating the value proposition of payment solutions and fostering strong customer relationships. Minimum 15 years of experience in the Payments domain, with a focus on Business Analysis and Product Management. Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools. In-depth knowledge of domestic payment systems such as IMPS, UPI, RTGS, NEFT, and experience leading projects in this space. Familiarity with international payment schemes like NPSS (UAE), NETS (Singapore), and cross-border payment frameworks. Experience with SWIFT, Payment Hub, and other relevant technologies preferred. Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
About :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Payments domain.
- Experience in Business Analysis(BA) and Product Management.
- Experience in Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
- Experience in IMPS, UPI, RTGS, NEFT is must.
- Experience in leading large & complex projects in this area is must.
- Experience in international payment schemes like NPSS(UAE), NETS(Singapore) will be an advantage.
- Experience in cross-border payments, SWIFT, Payment Hub will be an advantage.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
