About :

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Payments domain.
  • Experience in Business Analysis(BA) and Product Management.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
  • Experience in IMPS, UPI, RTGS, NEFT is must.
  • Experience in leading large & complex projects in this area is must.
  • Experience in international payment schemes like NPSS(UAE), NETS(Singapore) will be an advantage.
  • Experience in cross-border payments, SWIFT, Payment Hub will be an advantage.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills.
  • Good customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define product roadmaps.
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring robust testing processes and adherence to industry standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on international payment schemes, including NPSS (UAE), NETS (Singapore), and cross-border payment frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and support on SWIFT, Payment Hub, and other related technologies, leveraging expertise to optimize payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating the value proposition of payment solutions and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Required Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Payments domain, with a focus on Business Analysis and Product Management.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic payment systems such as IMPS, UPI, RTGS, NEFT, and experience leading projects in this space.
  • Familiarity with international payment schemes like NPSS (UAE), NETS (Singapore), and cross-border payment frameworks.
  • Experience with SWIFT, Payment Hub, and other relevant technologies preferred.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Education : Bachelor's / Master'sdegree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
