ROLE : VP - Sales

EXPERIENCE : 18 - 22 Years

LOCATION : Mumbai (with travel to Middle East Asia / Southeast Asia)

Your Role : Vice President - Sales (APAC)

As the Vice President - Sales (APAC), based out of Mumbai, you will operate as a seasoned sales strategist, responsible for both acquiring new enterprise clients and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers across the India and Middle East regions. Your role will blend strategic business development with relationship management - identifying and converting high-value opportunities, driving account expansion, and establishing deep engagement with CXO-level stakeholders in banks and financial institutions. You will be accountable for overall revenue performance in the region, while leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team and forging impactful partnerships that accelerate VuNet's growth in the observability space.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Drive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, both on new logos and revenue expansions
  • Develop territory-specific GTM plans aligned with VuNet's observability platform and BFSI use cases. Establish strong executive-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital / Operations) within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive pipeline velocity and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent VuNet at key industry events, forums, and leadership summits.

What You Bring :

  • 18+ years of enterprise sales leadership, preferably with SaaS, Big Data, Observability, or AIOps products.
  • Deep understanding of banking technology ecosystems - payments, core banking, digital channels, risk and compliance.
  • Prior experience selling into CXO-level stakeholders in banks and financial services.
  • Track record of building and scaling regional teams and hitting aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong mix of strategic vision and executional rigor - able to roll up sleeves when needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated history of closing business opportunities
  • Open to travel across India, SEA, and MEA, and other global locations on a frequent basis
  • Strong knowledge of UPI, India stack, channel banking ecosystems in India and experience in navigating the regulatory landscape
