As we expand our reach, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and business growth.
Role Overview :
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Symbroj Solar Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals for solar solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth while working remotely.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 6-month to 1-year of experience in business development, sales, tele-calling or solar industry (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet sales targets. Knowledge of solar energy solutions and policies is an added advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach towards sales.
