Job Description
- Culture & Leadership : Champion company values, build leadership development programs, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead TA across tech and business roles, build scalable hiring processes, and drive employer branding.
- HR Business Partnering : Guide HRBPs to deliver strategic people solutions, drive engagement, performance, and career development.
- Organizational Development : Build competency frameworks, learning programs, and succession planning aligned with business goals.
- HR Operations & Compliance : Establish scalable HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and drive operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience in IT services and / or startup environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling HR functions from early stages.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Organizational Development.
- Certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a builder mindset.
