Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.
  • Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable properties.
  • Share detailed information on projects — pricing, features, and location benefits.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure smooth site visits and conversions.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing events, campaigns, and exhibitions.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and Excel.
  • Prior experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
