We are the perfect match if you...

  • Have 5-9 years of experience and have
  • Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of SaaS platform architecture, development, and consumption, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and clients
  • Demonstrates comprehensive product knowledge to address client needs and articulate solution benefits
  • Curiosity and Problem-Solving Mindset : Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying challenges, analyzing root causes, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Ownership and Initiative : A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of independently driving projects to successful completion with energy and determination.
  • Collaborative Approach : Thrives in dynamic environments, effectively engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Communication Excellence : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, delivering clear, concise, and impactful messages tailored to varied audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented : Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and accurate execution of tasks.

The outcomes you will drive :

  • You will lead pre-sales for international clients, helping streamline their user onboarding and risk solutions
  • You will act as their trusted consultant, helping them understand the business case for transformation and the journey of adoption
  • You will frequently be on site in the Philippines, UAE, and KSA
  • You will be responsible for maximizing the percentage of leads converted into closed deals through strategic engagement and tailored solutions
  • You will assist in streamlining the sales process to reduce the time from initial contact to deal closure, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs

  • Deeply understand our clients' business goals, current processes, challenges, and strategic plans
  • Map the various stakeholders and decision-making processes within the client's organization
  • Craft a unique and compelling value proposition & solution using IDfy products, which shows the various stakeholders how they can achieve their specific goals with IDfy.
  • Help the client experience and visualize how the solution will uniquely solve their challenges
  • Ensure the technical, product, business, and compliance stakeholders from the client's end are convinced that our solution is the best value investment they can make today
  • Project manage the deal, coordinate between the client and IDfy internal teams to take the deal all the way to the final stage of commercial closure
