Practice Lead – Presales
Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
We are seeking a dynamic
Practice Lead – Presales
to drive solution consulting and go-to-market initiatives across the [Digital Solutions / AI Solutions / Cybersecurity / Enterprise sales] practice. This role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate client needs into impactful solutions and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities :
Lead presales strategy, solution positioning, and RFP / RFI responses
Conduct demos, workshops, and PoCs to showcase solution value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to close deals
Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants / solution architects
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Requirements :
15+ years in presales / solution consulting with 3–5 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in Digital Solutions / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
Proven track record in solution design, proposals, and deal closures
Strong leadership and team management abilities
