Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.
Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable properties.
Share detailed information on projects — pricing, features, and location benefits.
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth site visits and conversions.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Support marketing events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
What We’re Looking For :
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and Excel.
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
