Associate Product Manager - SaaS Domain

Job Description :

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our business software applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong mix of business acumen, user empathy, and technical know-how, and can translate complex customer needs into clear product solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Define, own, and execute the product roadmap across multiple products, from strategic planning to successful delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX / UI, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.
• Track product performance metrics and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.
