Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage product roadmaps for supply chain execution systems.
  • Plan and prioritize product sprints in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and gather actionable insights.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, ensuring features meet vision, QA, and customer expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, QA, engineering, and customers.
  • Support sales and marketing with product content, demos, and RFPs.

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years in product management; international exposure is a plus.
  • 4+ years in warehouse operations / WMS / Inventory Management Systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation mindset.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, time-critical environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, wireframes, presentations).
  • Experience presenting to executives and large groups.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player.
