Position : Business Development Executive
Experience : 3 Months to 1 Year
Salary : ₹1.5 to ₹2 LPA
Location : Hyderabad
Work Mode : Work from Office
Shift Timings : EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products / services to meet their needs.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business strategies and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in EST timings and adapt to a dynamic work environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.Preferred Skills :
Prior experience in working with international clients.Knowledge of the local market in Hyderabad.Skills Required
