Position Overview :

We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Specialist to support and enhance our internal IT systems and digital infrastructure. This role involves managing ERP platforms, integrating third-party services, automating processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable IT solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Support & Maintenance : Manage and maintain the company’s internal IT systems, including ERP and integrations with external platforms.

API Integrations : Configure, connect, and support integrations between CRM, ERP, and third-party services.

Technical Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve daily issues related to the corporate website (Angular) and internal services.

Employee IT Support : Set up and administer corporate email accounts; resolve email delivery, access, and functionality issues.

Process Automation : Develop scripts to automate business processes, streamline repetitive tasks, and optimize data exchange.

ERP Management : Monitor ERP system performance, manage user roles, reporting, and ensure seamless integrations.

Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with other teams to identify IT requirements and implement effective solutions.

Data Security & Compliance : Ensure all internal IT systems meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Digital Infrastructure Projects : Contribute to initiatives such as new tool implementation, data migration, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

3–6 years of experience as an IT Specialist (Experience Preference : US Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / Logistics)

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (configuration, support, reporting, user management).

Strong understanding of API integrations and experience working with CRM / ERP / third-party platforms.

Proficiency in scripting / programming (Python, PowerShell, or similar) for automation.

Familiarity with Angular, corporate websites, and web troubleshooting.

Solid knowledge of data security, IT compliance, and system monitoring.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus : Experience with logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain IT systems.
