- Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.

- Team Leadership & Development :
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the team's skills and overall performance.

- Actively pursue new business, expand customer base, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Performance Analysis :
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies.
- Track and monitor sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed to meet targets and ensure growth.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing :
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and secure new business.
- Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues related to products or services.
- Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support :
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any customer concerns.
