Job Summary :
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and handle all front-desk operations efficiently. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, parents, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, attending calls, and handling inquiries.
Maintain visitor and employee records accurately in the logbook or digital system.
Handle correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, and courier services.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room management.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and support.
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Assist HR and Admin teams during events, guest visits, and student interactions.
Desired Skills & Competencies :
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
Pleasing personality, positive attitude, and professional etiquette.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
