Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a pleasant check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for all guests. As the main point of contact for guests, you’ll help create a positive first impression and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing reception duties such as guest greetings, room allocations, and registrations
  • Handling bookings, phone calls, inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Addressing guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records of guests and bookings in the property management system
  • Upselling hotel services and amenities when appropriate
  • Assisting management in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction
  • Supervising cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and front office area
  • Supporting administrative and reporting tasks as required
  • Handling cash, billing, and payment processing
  • Conducting daily handover reports and collaborating with other shifts

Work Schedule : 12-hour shifts (rotational, including weekends and holidays)

Salary : ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality establishments
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory)
  • Proficiency in reception operations, POS systems, and booking platforms (Opera, IDS, etc. preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence in handling guest relations and problem-solving with a calm, professional attitude
  • Ability to coordinate housekeeping, room readiness, and maintenance effectively
  • Presentable appearance and strong sense of hospitality etiquette
  • Flexibility to work long shifts and on weekends or holidays when needed
  • Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and security protocols (preferred)
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and positive attitude
  • Ideally, candidates should be from Indore or nearby areas for better on-site availability and operational convenience
