Job description
- To be warm, compassionate, helping, and efficient.
- To listen with patience and never answer back even if the patient / their attendants is wrong.
- In case, you cannot calm down the patient, seek help from your seniors before things go out of control.
- To give correct information always. In case if required, seek assistance from the seniors.
- To be always available at workstation and ensure complete handing over in writing prior to getting relieved.
- Maintain a book for messages and ensure messages are passed on to the concerned person / persons and to the reliever.
- To follow laid down guidelines for the following :
1. Registration
2. Appointments
3. Counselling of patients
4. Suggestions of patients
5. OPD Billing
