As Senior Manager - Business Consulting & Project Management you will be part of the RSS Enterprise Capabilities Team and report to the Chapter Lead for Project Management. Are you a project management enthusiast with a background in business consulting and want to provide best in class project management and consulting services to partners across Roche Then you are the candidate we are looking for.

Your Opportunity

Engagement Delivery

In this role you will be responsible for successful Project or Program Delivery using agile or traditional project management methodology. Your work will include but will not be limited to :

• Understanding the business goal(s) and value of the project and striving to deliver the defined benefits to the organization
• Leading global project teams ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and resource assignment to the project / program plan deliverables
• Ensuring that the critical success factors of reliability, compliance, efficiency, sustainability, time to value are managed throughout the entire lifecycle of the projects / programs
• Effectively managing stakeholders through the establishment of key relationships and developing an understanding of their organizations
• Generating, maintaining and tracking an accurate and realistic project plan, project risk and issue log and ensuring the project / program status is timely and transparent
• Preparing and presenting to relevant governance meetings as required by the project methodology and good project management practice
• Tracking project / program financials and seek governance approval when needed
• Applying organizational change management practices as needed and ensuring effective project communication
• Contributing to business development opportunities where appropriate

Depending on the assigned project, successful candidates will also be required to provide subject matter expertise and deliver high quality work packages or artefacts such as data analysis and derived recommendations, playbooks, management of communities, development of use cases, communications deliverables etc.
