Experience :
Minimum 10 to 15 years in PMO roles
Domain : Banking (Current and previous projects must be exclusively in the Banking domain)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage Project Management Office (PMO) activities for large-scale banking projects, ensuring adherence to established governance frameworks and protocols.
- Lead and drive business transformation initiatives within the banking sector, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
- Implement strong governance practices, including compliance, risk reporting, and project audits, in alignment with financial institution standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, and Confluence for efficient project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive presentations, ensuring clear communication across all levels.
Mandatory Skills & Experience :
