Key Responsibilities :
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on stakeholders and develop tailored change management plans.
- Identify potential risks and barriers to change, and design effective mitigation strategies.
- Create and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes and their implications.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to support the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change journey.
- Facilitate workshops to gather input, resolve concerns, and align stakeholders around change initiatives.
- Apply project management principles to coordinate change activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities across projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to encourage engagement and acceptance of change.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).Over 6 years of overall professional experience, with 1–2 years of direct experience in change management.Proven track record of contributing to at least 4–5 projects involving technology implementation and / or process redesign.Skills Required
