Brand Strategy & Positioning :

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and consumer insights.
• Define brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all channels.
• Partner with leadership to build long-term brand equity and preference.
• Manage complete brand P&L for assigned categories or business lines.

Eligibility Criteria :

Education : MBA from Top college like IIMs, ISB, MICA, VGSOM-IIT Kharagpur, IIT etc (Note : College can be ignored if candidate is from unicorn companies like Bharatpe, Unilever, Reliance, Groww etc)

Experience : Exactly 7 years in brand management or integrated marketing roles.

Industry Preference : FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands.

Location : Pune (onsite).

Availability : Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
