BHTC - Senior Product Manager - FinTech

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy & Vision : Define the long-term vision and 12-month roadmap for your product area, aligning it with company-wide OKRs for user engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Execution Leadership : Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle-from ideation, market research, and writing detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to managing scrum teams and feature launches.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Own product metrics (e. , Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Retention), conduct A / B tests, and use data tools (SQL, Tableau, Amplitude) to rigorously analyze performance and inform all product decisions.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design (UX / UI), Marketing, Legal / Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and market readiness.
• Competitive Intelligence : Conduct continuous competitive analysis and customer research to identify unmet needs, market gaps, and emerging technologies in the Indian FinTech space.
• Compliance & Risk : Work with Legal and Risk teams to ensure the product remains compliant with RBI / NPCI guidelines and to embed robust security protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• MBA (Full-Time) from a premier institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, etc.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in the FinTech, Payments, or B2C Internet sector.
• Deep functional understanding of payments infrastructure (UPI, Netbanking, Wallets) or lending lifecycle (origination, risk assessment, collection).
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis; experience with analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Proven ability to lead a product from 0 to 1 and scale existing products (end-to-end ownership).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing CXOs
