Brand Manager - B2C eCommerce

Roles & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning :

1.Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and consumer insights.

2.Define brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all channels.

3.Partner with leadership to build long-term brand equity and preference.

4.Manage complete brand P&L for assigned categories or business lines.

Campaign Development & Execution :

1.Lead 360 brand campaigns from concept to execution-across digital, social, influencer, and offline platforms.

2.Collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.

3.Own the entire campaign lifecycle : briefing, creative ideation, production, media planning, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation.

4.Deliver campaigns that build awareness, shape perception, and drive measurable business impact.

Creative & Content Management :

1.Develop compelling storytelling and brand communication strategies for social, digital, and ATL channels.

2.Oversee creative development of video, digital assets, and on-ground content.

3.Manage influencer, celebrity, and partnership collaborations to amplify brand engagement.

Media Planning & Analytics :

1.Plan and optimize marketing spends across digital and traditional channels.

2.Work closely with media agencies to ensure high ROI on brand investments.

3.Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (awareness, reach, engagement, conversion) and derive actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

1.Partner with Product, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand communication with business objectives.

2.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across customer journeys, digital assets, and partner communications.

Ideal Candidate

1.Proven expertise in brand campaign management-creative development, production, and media execution.

2.Strong creative thinking with ability to translate insights into powerful brand stories.

3.Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

4.Hands-on experience managing creative and media agencies end-to-end.

5.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability.

6.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Technical Skills :

1.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign analytics tools.

2.Exposure to digital marketing, media planning, and performance tracking metrics (CPM, CTR, Reach, ROI).

3.Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer insights, and research tools.

Eligibility Criteria :

1.Education : MBA in Marketing from Tier-1 IIMs only (mandatory).

2.Experience : Exactly 7 years in brand management or integrated marketing roles.

3.Industry Preference : FMCG, Fintech, BFSI, Consumer Tech, or Lifestyle brands.

Location : Pune Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
